About preserve

Marinated is not only tasty but also healthy. Fish used for production is being not sterilized. Due to it the lack of heat treatment keeps the product full of vitamins, as well as taste. After production, some time must pass for fish to mature. This process will open an unsurpassed aromatic bouquet and improves the taste.

Marinated fish should be kept in refrigerator. It is important to ensure the stable temperature to prevent overripeness and spoilage. For this product more often used salted and spicy fish, less often - salted and marinated. As a raw material usually Baltic sprats, sprats and herring are taken. Fish can be cut into fillets (basically anchovies and Baltic sprats), fillet pieces or fillet rolls (mainly for herring, mackerel, etc.). Marinated fish can be packed in glass, metal or plastic containers.
