About preserve

This ready-to-eat product is not only tasty but also healthy. Fish used for production is being not sterilized. Due to it the lack of heat treatment keeps the product full of vitamins, as well as taste. After production, some time must pass for fish to mature. Marinated fish should be kept in refrigerator. It is important to ensure the stable temperature to prevent overripeness and spoilage. For this product more often used salted and spicy fish, less often - salted and marinated. As a raw material usually Baltic sprats, sprats and herring are taken.
